Common access questions
First, make sure you are logging in with the same email you used at checkout. If you still cannot see your course, email us with your order details and we will restore access, usually within a few hours.

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Millennial Business Academy. If it is not there within 15 minutes of purchase, contact support and we will resend it.
Send us a request from your current email address with the new one you want to use. We will update your account and confirm once done.
Certificates are issued after you complete a course and its final output. You will receive it by email, and copies live in the Certificates and Completion section of the portal.
